Toastmasters - what is it?

 It is a perfect chance to enhance your speaking skills in front of a group, with very short speeches (no longer than 2-4 minutes) and different roles and topics, which you can choose by yourself
 

The good thing is, Toastmasters is not work related, so kind of everything is allowed and nobody needs to be afraid of doing something wrong, because this is about learning from each other
 

Therefore many different participants are welcome, experienced speakers and absolute beginners
